As a Senior Officer at Alter Domus, you will play a crucial role in assisting and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing various aspects of client relationship. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of company secretarial duties.
Your responsibilities, inter alia, will include the following
- On-going servicing of the company secretarial duties as requested by the clients from time to time and providing the clients with suitable solutions in response to their queries.
- Preparation for Board Meetings, distribution of agendas, preparation of board documents and drafting of board minutes as a result of meetings, attendance at client board meetings and other related meetings.
- On-going servicing of entities with suitable corporate governance-related solutions in response to their queries.
- Keeping abreast of new corporate legislation and regulatory updates.
- Assisting clients with any structural changes that may be required, as well as the drafting of resolutions and other compliance / company secretarial documents as needed.
- Liaising with Banks / Registry of Companies/ Malta Financial Services Authority and other authorities as may be required.
- Review of and amendments to the corporate / legal documents as requested by the clients from time to time and providing the clients with suitable solutions in response to their queries.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time that are reasonably related to the same level and classification of the graded job / position.
Your profile
- Possess law related and / or finance related qualifications.
- At least three years’ experience in the financial services industry ideally in the corporate services sector.
- Strong organizational, planning and client relationship skills, as well as a strong command of the English language.
- Willing to be part of a fast-growing international work environment, and to constantly learn and remain abreast of the changes taking place within the financial services industry.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
