Job Description
Alpine Sterling DMC is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E.) Groups Executive. Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, the chosen candidate will form a core part of our M.I.C.E. department and will be responsible for communicating with overseas clients and liaising with local suppliers, creating excellent programme presentations based on clients’ requests, and coordinating every aspect of their events from the ideation stages to operations and post-event communication.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification in tourism and/or event management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Driving licence and own transport
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset
- Must reside in Malta
This position is ideal for an assertive, outgoing, and energetic person with a strong team spirit and a good sense of humour! This is a full-time position with standard office hours. Due to the nature of the MICE industry, evenings and weekends also form part of our working hours, when required.
