Job Description

Almond Recruitment are seeking to find a strong administrator to work within our client’s corporate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation assisting the Head of Corporate and Compliance.
  • Annual returns and filing for the Malta Business Registry, whether manually or electronically.
  • Filing of accounts with Malta Business Registry.
  • Filing, scanning, and saving of registers in manual and electronic format.
  • Preparation of covering letters to Malta Business Registry.
  • Updating the involved lists of our local directors / shareholders / secretary.
  • Assisting the corporate team in day to day administrative operations as may be requested.
  • Other administration related matters.

Requirements:

  • A’ level standard and preferably holds a recognised diploma related to the job.
  • 1 year’s experience in corporate services would be considered an asset.
  • 2-3 years in an administration role.
  • Must speak fluent English and Maltese is a bonus.
