Crew Rostering Officer

We are a dynamically growing company in the Air Chartering business with a diverse fleet operating worldwide. AirX Charter is an international company offering exposure to various markets and jurisdictions from around the world.

AirX is looking for a Crew Rostering Officer to join the Crew Rostering team in Malta. The Crew Rostering Officer will be reporting directly to the Crew Rostering Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.


• Prioritizing safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.


• Maintaining excellent communications with crew and relevant managers.


• Knowledge and management of crew training requirements on the live roster would be considered as an advantage.


• Adherence to department procedures.


• Coordinate with Crew Support re-air / surface positioning / travelling of Crews, giving logistic advice on crew rotation patterns and accommodation requirements as may be necessary.

Skills and Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the aviation industry as a whole and will need to be able to understand the company FTL scheme, EASA training and licensing requirements and crew visa requirements / applications.


• Ideally, have at least one (1) year experience in a similar role.


• Be assertive and able to work under pressure and as part of a team.


• Ability to work under pressure.


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
