The starting annual basic salary for the current year is €23,727 (Grade D) with annual increments.

Aġenzija Sapport requires the service of Human Resources Executive within the People Management and Employee Well-Being department.

Objectives of the role
- The Human Resources (HR) Executive will form part of the Human Resources: People Management and Employee Well-Being department.
- The role of the HR Executive involves a range of duties related to the implementation of policies and procedures within the agency.
- The duties revolve around the functions of recruitment, handling of data, employee well-being, training delivery, policy development and other HR duties as may be required.
- Other related duties may be assigned by the Director of People Management and Employee Well-Being or delegate.
- A more detailed job description may be obtained from the HR department.
Requisites
Eligible candidates shall possess:
- Entry at Grade D (Executive III): An MQF level 6 qualification (minimum 180 ECTS) or higher in a relevant area, including HR Management, Public Policy, Psychology, Management or a relevant Social Science;
Or;
- Entry at Grade C (Executive IV): Candidates who are in possession of the above qualifications at MQF level 6, in addition to three years’ experience in human resources or training will be placed on Grade C. Candidates who are in possession of the above qualifications at MQF level 7, in addition to two (2) years’ experience in human resources or training will also be placed on Grade C;
Or;
- Entry at Grade B (Senior Executive I): Candidates who are in possession of the above qualifications at MQF level 6, in addition to eight (8) years’ experience in human resources or training will be placed on Grade B. Candidates who are in possession of the above qualifications at MQF level 7, in addition to six (6) years’ experience in human resources or training will also be placed on Grade B.
