PRINCE2 Version 7 Foundation and Practitioner

The PRINCE2® 7 Practitioner Certificate course is a comprehensive 2-week program that provides participants with an extended theoretical and practical knowledge of PRINCE2® 7, the best non-proprietary practice model that ensures project delivery is on time, on budget, and of high quality. This course educates participants in all aspects of the PRINCE2® 7 methodology, including its practical application. It covers the eight core components and Processes of PRINCE2® 7 at a very detailed level, including all sub-processes and techniques. Exercises are based on real-life case studies to ensure that participants learn the practical application of PRINCE2® 7 theory.

Participants receive pre-course preparation guidelines and the PRINCE2® 7 manual upon registration.

The Foundation module ensures that participants acquire the skills and knowledge to be able to act as informed members of a project management team using the PRINCE2® 7 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2® 7. Through practice exams, workshops, and evening study, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to take both the PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and Practitioner exams.

The Practitioner module is designed to provide the in-depth knowledge and understanding necessary to ensure you are able to apply PRINCE2® 7 to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2® 7.

Aside from group classes, we also provide one-on-one tuition! Private tuition dates are available upon request for a price of 1600 Euros.

Students who opt for a Business Management degree can opt to specialize in Marketing or Human Resources. The Computing degrees offer students the possibility to choose between Cybersecurity or Computer Science, with the possibility of specialising in Games Development*.
