Day 3 - Enriched Dough Adventures - Cinnamon and Chocolate Rolls

Uncover the magic of enriched dough as we embark on a journey to create heavenly cinnamon and chocolate rolls. Gain insights into the science of enriched doughs, and master the art of crafting fillings that will leave your creations irresistible.

Day 4 - Chiffon Sponge Mastery - Chocolate Mousse, Glaze, and Buttercream

In this final lesson, we bring together all the pastry principles covered throughout the course to create a layered masterpiece. We recommend bringing a reusable container; apart from that, we provide aprons, all the necessary ingredients, and equipment for the entire duration of the session. Join us for a delightful journey into the world of baking!
