Masters of Business Administration (MBA) In Leadership Excellence

The Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program in Leadership Excellence is designed to provide leaders of today and tomorrow with the skills, knowledge, and mindset required to navigate the challenges of an ever-increasing change-driven business landscape. This program prepares individuals to excel in significant roles within organisations and to make strategic decisions that drive success at the individual, team and enterprise levels. It provides the students with a deep focus on leadership development, exploring various dimensions of leadership, and is designed to enable students to expand their business knowledge, develop their analytical and critical thinking skills and refine their communication abilities. It delivers a solid foundation in the principles of effective leadership, as well as the practical tools and techniques necessary to inspire and guide diverse teams towards success.

Prerequisites

• A Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in business, administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum 180 ECTS previously acquired at a Higher Education institution
• 2 years of work experience
• A GPA score of 2.5 (C+) or higher (or equivalent) will be required
• Proof of C1 level of English or equivalent
• Individuals may apply and ask for consideration to be given to considerable high-level leadership experience in lieu of some of the typical academic requirements. Applicants will be given the opportunity to apply for the program based on Ascencia Malta’s RPL process
• Candidates will be asked to present their previously obtained qualifications and their transcripts (if any).
