New fathers get 10 days of parental leave, whilst anyone who is getting married will get up to 5 days of marriage leave! Students are given leave when preparing for qualifying exams or assignments, and employees can even get up to 10 days every 5 years of special leave for participation in sport or a cultural activity. Moreover, additional days off work are given when celebrating milestone work anniversaries.
On-site gym and childcare facilities
ZAK Fitness is the AMSM on-site gym and it’s open daily on weekdays from 5.30am to 7pm. On the ground floor, the gym has several machines targeting both cardio and weight training. On the first floor, a fully sized studio for private classes can be found. ZAK Fitness is also equipped with lockers on both floors, bathrooms, and shower rooms. All AMSM members of staff may use the on-site gym free-of-charge.
AMSM is also fully committed to supporting working parents. The on-site childcare centre ‘First Steps @ Zachary House’ is open from Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 6pm. Children of staff members under the age of 3 may attend the childcare for free, whereas parents of children in older age groups are given a subsidy to make use of registered childcare centres or holiday clubs.

Employees are covered by a Private Clinic Plan, with worldwide coverage, as well as life insurance.
On-site canteen
Fresh, wholesome meals are prepared daily in our in-house canteen. Upon subscribing to an internal application, AMSM employees may purchase these meals or snacks at heavily subsidised prices. Fresh fruit and hot drinks are also available for free throughout the premises.
