Please note that the information provided below is relevant for residents of Malta and Gozo.

There are a number of government helplines which should help with questions you may have in these uncertain times. We advise you to use these numbers as they will provide the most updated information.

111

This number is the Covid-19 helpline. Please avoid calling 112 unless it’s a real emergency. Avoid going to GP clinics, Health Centres or the Emergency Dept.

This number will reach the Ministry for Foreign & European affairs and is open for Maltese citizens who are abroad and have questions or if they are stuck abroad and need to return to Malta.

Call this number if you are in quarantine and need a provision of food or medicine.

For seniors aged sixty years or over who require assistance in relation to the delivery of food, goods and other medical services. One may call this number for assistance and/or information.

This is the Malta Enterprise number for businesses who have questions about the Quarantine Leave scheme, Facilitation of Teleworking activities as well as any other questions regarding the government’s financing package for companies, enterprises and self-employed.
