Job Description

Join our team at The Eden as a Customer Care Security and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Patrol designated areas to detect and deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Escort individuals and ensure they adhere to establishment policies.
  • Maintain surveillance equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Provide assistance and support to guests and staff when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security certification.
  • Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
