Join The Eden as an entertainment Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of our entertainment centre. From laser tag and bowling to arcade games and escape rooms, you will oversee daily operations, uphold high standards of customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our venue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support teams across different entertainment areas, assisting them in delivering top-notch service.
- Ensure guests have a great time by promptly addressing any concerns and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep an eye on equipment in all entertainment zones to make sure everything is working safely and correctly.
- Manage events and parties, making sure they run smoothly, and guests are satisfied.
- Make sure everyone follows safety rules and handle any safety issues that come up.
- Help keep track of supplies and make sure we have what we need to keep the fun going.
- Work with other managers to coordinate activities, solve problems, and keep the team working well together.
- Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to bring more people in and boost sales.
- Keep everything clean and organized so guests can focus on having fun.
- Assist with scheduling, reservations, and payments to keep things running smoothly.
- Encourage teamwork and help team members grow and learn so they can do their best.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the entertainment or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of entertainment operations, maintenance, and safety procedures is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
