About the role
Our Talent and Culture department is a dynamic and committed team that builds the culture and takes care of our people, with a passion for steering the wheel. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent and Culture Administrator. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks related to employee documentation, work permits, onboarding, and T&C compliance. You will be the key point of contact for ensuring that all HR records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements, particularly within the hospitality industry.

Following duties will be part of your day:

  • Managing identita portal, process work permits, visa requirements,and other relevant documentation related to work permit;
  • Managing the Skillspass portal and guiding team members;
  • Handle onboarding documents and manage the engagement and termination process;
  • Update and maintain the HR database and Talexio with accurate employee details, ensuring all records are current;
  • Update the notice board with relevant information and announcements;
  • Patrol team member’s areas, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment;
  • Manage the company’s Facebook page for team members by posting employee birthdays, internal events, and announcements;
  • Manage office requisitions as needed;
  • Takes care of name tag and uniform records;
  • Provide administrative support for the Talent and Culture team, including preparing reports and documentation as required;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Talent and Culture Business Partner.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in the Human Resources department;
  • Familiarity with work permits, onboarding processes, and HR compliance;
  • Proficiency in using databases (knowledge of the Skillspass portal is an advantage);
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of Talexio is an asset.
