Job Highlights
- Form part of the team overseeing the entire employee journey—from recruitment through onboarding. You’ll create compelling job ads, collaborate with recruitment agencies, manage our Applicant Tracking System, interviews, hiring, and onboarding top talent
- Handle various HR-related documentation, maintain employment records, and keep data accurate and compliant
- Assist employees by offering support in understanding and following company policies and procedures
- Support and maintain our comprehensive well-being programs that address physical health, mental health, work-life balance, and personal growth
- Contribute to the performance management process and support the personal and professional development of our employees
- Dive into exciting HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Play a key role in shaping the future of our team by actively contributing to the training and development of new recruits, ensuring they hit the ground running and feeling inspired from day one
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience in an HR-related role
- A minimum diploma-level qualification in HR or a related field
- Ability to multitask, have strong organisational skills and prioritise work effectively
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and staying on top of the latest HR trends
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and ready to collaborate with vibrant, outgoing colleagues
- Able to analyse and visualise data while demonstrating proficiency in Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, paired with strong ethical values
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken Maltese and English
