Yellow would not be an industry leader without its successful Sales team.

We are in the process of growing our Sales team and hence we are seeking Sales and Marketing Executives to sell digital marketing solutions that support local businesses in improving their overall digital online presence and attain their digital marketing objectives.

Role description
The ideal candidates are hungry to learn about digital marketing and want to learn of successful selling techniques.  They are looking to launch or re-launch their careers and want to be well rewarded for their outstanding performances. They have strong listening skills as well as an ability to offer our company’s solutions to customers in a compelling way. The Sales and Marketing Executives must be both approachable and professional in extending our company’s reach and impact.  They have the strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.

The chosen candidates will be given full training in digital marketing and selling techniques.

Role responsibilities

  • Attend to customer meetings, in person, with current and new customers, daily.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish in line with company standards.
  • Identify customers challenges and offer the right solutions.
  • Provide top-tier support to customers throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain customer data, up to date, on company’s CRM systems.
  • Collect required digital assets from customers allowing for order fulfilment.
  • Adhere to and reach set sales targets and set goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Attitude and attributes

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage work efficiently.
  • Client-oriented and target-driven attitude.
  • Works well both in a team and independently.
  • Outgoing personality and is not afraid to challenge the status-quo.
  • Passionate to learn and grow.
  • Winning mentality and a sense of ownership.
  • Excellent command of written English (UK).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in spoken Maltese is considered an asset.
  • Have a valid driving license.

We want the best of the best and make sure that top performers are rewarded.  The position comes with a fixed salary and uncapped commission, a company car and a monthly fuel allowance.
