Reservation Agent

We are currently seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team.

Main Duties:

• Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options


• Make reservations for customers based on various requirements and budgetary allowances


• Check availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates


• Process payments and send confirmation details to customers


• Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations


• Sell and promote reservation services


• Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

Reservation Agent Requirements:

• Customer-service experience


• Experience in a similar position would be an asset


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
