Operations Officer

Pharmadox Healthcare Ltd is an EUcGMP-licensed importation, secondary packaging, batch testing and batch release service provider to the Global Pharmaceutical industry. Having one of the largest and most established facilities in the EU catering for non-sterile, sterile and inhaler (MDIs / DPIs) pharmaceutical products, the company is seeking to expand its operations further and extensively. To substantiate company growth, a vacancy for an Operations Officer has arisen.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer will assist the Operations team in the coordination of all activities related to the quality control testing and batch certification of pharmaceutical products.

The main responsibilities include:

• Receipt and follow-up on forecasts with clients so as to register incoming batches and enable the Operations Manager to formulate a plan


• Facilitate the coordination of activities between the various departments (Stores, Launch, QC, QA, Finance).


• Share all deliverables (certification) from Pharmadox to clients.


• Cooperate with the Finance team regarding any invoicing queries or specific instructions.
