Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be at the centre of the action, providing support and maintenance for IT infrastructures across various sectors. Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support via email or ticketing systems.


• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software and network issues.


• Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring smooth IT operations.


• Install and configure computer hardware.


• Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support team.


• Provide support, including procedural documentation.

Qualifications and skills

• 1-2 years experience in a similar technical role.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.


• Ability to work both independently and within a team, with limited supervision.


• Experience with Microsoft Office365 is desirable.


• Proficiency in Maltese and English.
