Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and company events, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with data entry, including updating client and project information in company databases.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments as required.
- Assist in handling basic accounting tasks and petty cash management.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
