Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Administrative Clerk to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing and checking of reports.
- Performing stock-take of cargo in the terminal or areas under VGT’s jurisdiction.
- Assisting with scheduling of internal meetings and performing minute-taking duties.
- Assisting with operational matters, such as, but not limited to, coordinating with third parties or supporting the operations team.
- Assisting in operational matters involving other departments such as Finance or Shipping and liaising with other departments for administrative reporting.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time according to the Company’s exigencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum standard of education O’ level.
- ECDL or ability to show the use of Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Fluent in both Maltese and English speaking and writing.
- Good attitude and a professional approach to work.
- Able to work in a team.
- Experience in operations will be considered an asset.
- Willingness to work on the ground or outside of office hours, if necessary.
Salary range: €16,000 to €18,000.
