Job Description
We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities of an IT Administrator include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide level 1 support to all company personnel.
- Compile any forms / reports as required.
- Conduct and maintain up-to-date hardware inventory.
- Installation and configuration of PCs both onsite and offsite.
- Installation and configuration of printers / scanners and any other hardware as required.
- Manage inventory of spare parts.
- Testing devices to ensure they are working fine and dispose of obsolete hardware.
- Keep abreast of advancements in technology.
- Obtain quotations and procure hardware, software or any other items required by the department.
- Utilise Software tools to ensure services are constantly available to end users.
- Other duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in providing hands-on end-user support.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, setting up, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ( ECDL certification highly desirable).
Requirements:
- Be able to carry medium loads such as computers / monitors.
- Be highly conversant in Maltese and can also communicate in English.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Available to offer support remotely from home / after office hours when required.
- Be able to carry loads up to 25 kg.
Salary range: €17,000 to €20,000 per annum.
