Job Description
We are a four-star superior resort located in a unique area at the heart of the Island within the beautiful landscapes of ‘Wied Għollieqa’ Nature Reserve.
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be professional with a practical mind and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily technical set up and preparations for functions and events.
- Checking of water pumps, water heaters and tanks.
- Supervising preventive maintenance works of shift technicians.
- Conduct repairs and general upkeep of procedures.
- Perform manual repairs if needed (fix locks, etc.).
- Running tests and inspections of Alarm systems.
- Repairing and replacing faulty equipment.
- Any ad hoc duties given by your superior.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Holding an electrical license would be considered an extra asset.
- Experience working with electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
