Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Tender and Design Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for designing and preparing tenders for ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, public address systems, and more. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing viable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed designs and technical specifications for ELV systems.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including cost estimates, technical proposals, and project schedules.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Ensure all designs and tender documents comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or is in the process of obtaining such warrant.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address, and related technologies.
- Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines
