Job Description
We are seeking to recruit ELV Technicians to join our growing team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Go on-site and give excellent aftersales service to all clients for a variety of ELV systems, including CCTV, intercoms, and various alarms
- Close jobs and calls effectively and efficiently as per the Company standards and sensitive clients’ requirements
- Diagnose and solve technical problems
- Ensure that all the inventory required is in line with the job card details
- Complete timely and proper documentation for the services and installation conducted
- Provide a clear handover to the client at the end of the field service
- Be responsible for the Company vehicle
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction and build positive and healthy relationships with the clients
- Be aware of any health and safety issues
- Attend technical training provided by the Company
- Conduct any other duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements:
- Preferably MQF Level 5 diploma or MQF Level 4 Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical subjects
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
- Possess a valid and clean driving license
- Hold clean police conduct
- Tacit knowledge and experience in the service field
- Candidates having a CPC license, license A and experience in ELV Systems will be considered as an asset and will be given priority
