Universal Cement Ltd. is a cement trading company and acts as a distributor and supplier of bulk cement, concrete admixtures, and aggregates in the Maltese Islands. It provides top-quality materials to building and construction companies, contractors, and ironmongers alike.
Therefore, the company wishes to announce the following vacancy: Bulk Cement Silo Driver (Maltese or English Speaking) with a CE driving license.
Reporting to the Silo Operations Manager, within the company, responsibilities shall include:
- Pick up cement in bulk, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Basic vehicle maintenance, comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.
Minimum requirements:
- Candidate is expected to have a good understanding of spoken Maltese or English language. Possession of a CE driving license.
Candidate must either be a Maltese and/or EU National and/or have a current Maltese residency.
