Job Description
A full-time vacancy has arisen for a Cashier at the Portomaso Car Park.
Reporting to the Security and Car Park Manager, the successful candidate will handle cash transactions while pleasantly dealing with customers to ensure satisfaction. The selected candidate will work on a shift basis and will carry out his/her duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Main responsibilities include:
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the car park cash point.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Keep reports of transactions.
Requirements:
- Familiar with MS Office applications and with electronic equipment such as cash register.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
Fluency in Maltese and English is a must, while knowledge of another language would be considered an asset.
