Job Description
Calzedonia – Europe’s largest hosiery and swimwear retailer is looking for a Manager for its Tezenis brand.
You will be required to:
- Support the Area Manager and teams in all aspects of our stores day-to-day operations;
- Lead, support and motivate stores to hit performance targets;
- Maintain our exceptional standards of customer service;
- Train and develop your team, with succession planning in mind;
- Help, and guide and implement training and development to grow your staff;
- Ensure standards of the brand, such as cleanliness and organisation, both on the shop floor and in the stockroom are adhered to;
- Manage your store’s KPI performance, inspiring your team to achieve their targets;
- Take accountability for the profit and loss of your store, ensuring costs are controlled and stock is managed accordingly.
