To meet the anticipated growth and to continue to improve our business, we are now looking for a Technical Support Specialist on a full-time basis to strengthen our operations.

We are looking for a problem-solving Technical Support Specialist, who will act as a customer advocate. In this role, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction by diligently resolving all customer requests relating to the installation and service of our products.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance, service and repairs of Technogym equipment
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
  • Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
  • Properly managing work orders and service reports
  • Communicating effectively with customers and escalating problems when necessary
  • Installations and full setup of all equipment including connectivity for clients and events
  • Actioning all product aftersales issues as per the established aftersales procedure

Required Personal and Technical Skills

  • Mechanical and technical skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
  • Hands-on repair experience in a similar role in the electro-mechanical discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting productivity goals and targets
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), written and verbal communication techniques
  • Knowledge of Technogym products will be considered an asset
