Job Description
We are currently seeking a Reservations Administrator to join our team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Carry out clerical and administrative duties within the office
- Handle calls during office hours related to bookings and reservations
- Data inputting bookings in the Company’s system
- Communicating directly with clients, offering a prompt, friendly and courteous service
- Negotiating special offers with hotels
- Communication and coordination of transport
- Assisting in tasks as designated by the General Manager
Interested applicants would preferably have:
- At least 1 year experience in a Reservation department
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
- O’ level standard of education
- Good communication of Maltese and English. The ability to correspond in any language would be considered an asset
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure, organised, able to prioritize tasks
