Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data.
  • Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Keeping updated filing and file references.
  • Process payments and receipts.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A’ level standard of education and / or AAT qualification in Accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised with a positive attitude.
  • A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
