Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts data.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Keeping updated filing and file references.
- Process payments and receipts.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A’ level standard of education and / or AAT qualification in Accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organised with a positive attitude.
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A problem solver with the ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
