Solar Solutions Ltd, the leader in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a full-time Operations Executive to carry out the daily operations of the company. The role of Operations Executive is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, as the primary point of contact for our new customers. You will form part of a professional team with full support.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting grant applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Scheduling of installations.
- Liaising with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment in communication across the installation process.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers at the application and installation stage.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Any other tasks that fall within the Operations department.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as be a team player.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in Maltese and English.
- Experience in similar roles will be considered an asset.
