What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dive into the details – Post and process journal entries to keep our accounts on point.
- Accounts payable and receivable – Keep our cash flow healthy and efficient.
- Master the invoicing process – Issue invoices and perform reconciliations with accuracy and flair.
- Contribute to financial reporting – Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other key financial statements.
- Drive monthly reports – Prepare and submit insightful monthly reports that keep our finances in check.
- Lend a hand as needed – Take on ad-hoc tasks with enthusiasm to support our team’s goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in finance is essential to hit the ground running.
- A knack for organisation and keen attention to detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Strong command of Maltese and English, essential for our team and clients.
- A minimum A’ level in Accounts, laying the groundwork for your growth in finance.
