Job Description
We are currently seeking to recruit an EPOS Field Customer Support Representative on full-time basis.
The position calls for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a flair for customer service within the field of IT. Within this role the selected candidate/s will be required to offer support to the Employer’s customers with any Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) issues. If you enjoy being continuously on the move and meeting people, then this is the right opportunity for you.
Main job responsibilities:
- Train customers in the use of EPOS terminals.
- Resolving operational EPOS issues in the field (at customer/s outlets).
- Adhering to all of the company’s rules and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Desired qualities, qualifications and experience:

- Be able to speak in English.
- Be in possession of a clean driving licence ‘B’ permitting candidate to drive in Malta.
- Have a basic understanding of IT.
- Have an outstanding personality and possess a can-do attitude.
- Have a valid Maltese residence permit.
