Job Description
The Accounts Clerk will assist in the management and will undertake the related reporting and accounts administration in an effective and efficient manner.
The job purpose entails performing a variety of general accounting support tasks and routine financial duties. This is a part-time position, for around 20-30 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports
- Cash general reconciliation
- Handling and postings of petty cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices and payments in accordance with set budgets and approvals
- Contacting clients about invoices that are past due
- Maintain, update and file company documents / invoices
- Handling payroll
- Strict adherence to company confidentiality and professionalism
Job Specification / Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles, having an analytical mind and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and business acumen
- A team-player who interacts professionally with the team
- Strong excel and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Experience with payroll system
