About the job
We are seeking a hard-working Finance Executive to join our growing team. As a Finance Executive at Ramdon, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and be part of a team of finance professionals assisting with the day-to-day finance-related tasks.
Your tasks
- Processing supplier and customer invoices
- Issuing supplier payments
- Processing credit card transactions
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Assisting with the annual audits
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
About you
- Advanced level certificate in Accounting / AAT Diploma
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Resides in Malta
