Job Description

Qwikcallr is a lead-generation company that mainly operates business-to-business. We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Contact Centre Agents. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, establishing rapport, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in Malta.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients, to understand their needs and assess opportunities.
  • Present Qwikcallr’s clients’ services persuasively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate information from each call in our database.
  • Meet and exceed targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Maltese (must be a Maltese citizen) and English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
