Job Description
Power Plus Trading Limited is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading the Sales team to achieve its sales targets;
- Coordinating and managing the sales and installation efforts of the company;
- Managing all day-to-day operations with budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard;
- Optimising workforce planning and staff allocation to maximise productivity while minimising costs;
- Analysing, evaluating and resolving operational issues promptly to reduce costs and prevent operational delays;
- Leading the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel;
- Monitoring purchases;
- Leading and overseeing customer and technical service operations.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have experience in a managerial position;
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Preferably have a technical background and experience in this industrial sector;
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet financial targets;
- Be a team player.
