Job Description
We are currently seeking a Management Systems Professional.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the QEHS Management systems (across WasteServ’s facilities) in-line with standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Develop, together with the Process Owner/s, procedures in line with the requirements of the QEHS Management systems.
- Assist the Professional – Head of Management systems in reviewing all QEHS Management Systems documentation.
- Follow-up on open / pending Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Train staff on management systems and relevant procedures.
- Deliver ISO induction sessions.
- Audit the QEHS Management System/s processes, procedures and/or manuals.
- Together with (or in the absence of) the Professional – Head of Management Systems, update Chiefs on audit results and on the Management System/s implementation status.
- Coordinate and chair management review meetings.
- Participate in training if and when required, both locally and abroad.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the ISO sphere.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, reports, records and other documentation as may be required by the Professional – Head of Management Systems.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Professional – Head of Management Systems.
- Attend all obligatory training as required by the company in order to be able to fulfil the role whilst obtaining the relevant knowledge, skills and techniques.
- Follow all applicable WasteServ’s official quality, environmental and health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications, experience and skills required
- The applicant must have a first degree at MQF Level 6 from a recognized university in a relevant field.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and timeframes and meet deadlines.
- Must be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills.
- Must be highly organised.
- Must have excellent analytical.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English (be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing).
- Be in possession of a clean driving license.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Candidates with previous experience in ISO implementation / maintenance will be given preference.
