Job Overview
The Operations and Events Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of NRGY Concepts’ events. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with event partners, and ensuring smooth logistical coordination pre-event and during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day company operations and administration
  • Communicate with event partners and coordinate schedules
  • Manage pre-event logistics and create checklists for event preparations
  • Handle contracts and invoicing for sponsors, advertisers, and vendors
  • Support in coordination of festivals and smaller events
  • Maintain and update event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and contracts
  • Coordinate staffing and volunteers for event days
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met
  • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting with our team
  • Provide general administrative support to the Events team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with event planning, logistics, and vendor management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
