Job Overview
The Operations and Events Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of NRGY Concepts’ events. This role involves administrative tasks, communication with event partners, and ensuring smooth logistical coordination pre-event and during the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day company operations and administration
- Communicate with event partners and coordinate schedules
- Manage pre-event logistics and create checklists for event preparations
- Handle contracts and invoicing for sponsors, advertisers, and vendors
- Support in coordination of festivals and smaller events
- Maintain and update event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and contracts
- Coordinate staffing and volunteers for event days
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting with our team
- Provide general administrative support to the Events team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Familiarity with event planning, logistics, and vendor management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
