Muscats Motors Ltd specialises in Automotive and we are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an enhanced level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The Service Advisor is the ‘face’ of the company and the vital link of ensuring that the customers’ requirements are valued and executed at the highest standards.
Tasks:
- Setting up appointments for servicing and repairs with clients.
- Issue job cards for the workshop relating to the works to be undertaken.
- Identify repeat repair concerns and process job cards to the team leaders for immediate action.
- Liaising with customer needs in relation to works required and carried out.
- Making sure that client’s cars are being collected.
- Process documentation required for the handling of warranty claims.
- Request approvals for Government purchase orders and vehicle collection
- Handle invoicing of credit accounts and internal job cards including PDI.

- Excellent communication both in Maltese and English.

Qualifications and Experience:
- O’ level Standard of Education.
- Basic understanding of basic motor vehicle components.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
