We are seeking to employ Officers / Executives to work in our Finance and Contracts department in the Contracts and Legal section.
The role entails :
- Providing administrative support to the Contracts and Legal section
- Administering supplier management systems
- Assisting in the management of contracting activities
- Collating management reports
- Participating in procurement-related activities
Eligibility requirements
The successful candidates, are expected to hold either of the following sets of qualifications and/or experience in areas related to either Finance and/or Business and/or Procurement / Sourcing and/or Legal:
- A qualification at MQF level 5 or higher, in which case no previous experience is necessary; Or,
- A qualification at MQF level 4 together with one year related working experience; Or,
- Two years of related experience.
