- Be in possession of a pharmacy / science-related degree
- Have sound business acumen
- Be customer and sales-oriented
- Have good communication and organizational skills
- Be comfortable with working in a team
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Be fluent in both Maltese and English
- Be in possession of a valid driving license
