Job Description

Overview
MINT Health is a growing company specializing in the branding and distribution of pharmaceutical products within the local market. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of new government tenders
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers to inform them of bidding opportunities in a timely manner
  • Completing bidding documents
  • Managing tender contracts
  • Maintaining accurate records and filings
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure continuous and timely supply
  • Support any tasks / activities and responsibilities managed by the Head of the Market Access department as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A post-secondary qualification or degree in Business Administration or healthcare-related fields (such as Pharmacy, Nursing, or Healthcare Technology). Candidates seeking a transition into the commercial segment of the pharmaceutical industry are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in public procurement is considered an asset
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize changing workloads in a dynamic environment
