Job Description

Mekanika is a leading operator in the Building and Engineering Services industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical contracting, BMS, ELVs, HVAC solutions, lifts and escalators, industrial products and facilities management. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned career opportunity has now arisen.

The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for answering telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and log said calls electronically by following the operating procedures. This position also involves administrative and clerical duties including preparation of reports and filing. S/he will also provide a link between the company and external institutions displaying confidence and excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires working on a shift basis which includes nights.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possess an MQF level 3 qualification;
  • Is conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Is fluent and experienced in Maltese and English both understanding and speaking;
  • Is ready to work flexible hours and attend to urgent work in the absence of others, such hours include Sundays and public holidays;
  • Be an effective team player and enjoy working with people.

Languages:

  • English.
