Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and talented Executive PA to join our team on a temporary 10-month basis at our logistical base in Birzebbuga, Malta.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for Executives and managing their offices in their absence.
- Handling diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for Executives, including board and annual general meetings.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including managing social media updates and company website content.
- Providing a range of secretarial services, including word processing, email management, report preparation, and filing.
Who are you:
- MQF level 5 of education in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Holds at least 3 years’ experience of providing PA services at the Executive Director / Director level.
- Holds a valid good experience in operating confidentiality at a senior level, within a highly confidential environment, exercising tact, diplomacy, and complete discretion.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
- In possession of a Clean Driving license (Category B), due to work location accessibility.
- Holder of a valid work permit issued by respective Maltese authorities.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.
