Job Description
We are currently seeking a Team Supervisor to join our team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting and coordinating breakdowns with outside Mechanics;
- Conducting diagnostics on breakdowns and incidences;
- Assigning works to the Mechanics and Electricians team in place;
- Supervising the Technical team’s performance, up to the required standard;
- Assuring the staff complete the required works, and their job card;
- Updating records on time, including software such as Maximo with any related data such as opening / completing work orders, as well as inputting of hours;
- Filling out job cards or any other documentation related to the job to fully assure traceability;
- Ensuring full and accurate communication to workshop, parts, and quality control;
- Ensuring all detailed data is included to each and every job card;
- Ensuring Mechanics’ optimum productivity;
- Following the warranty process and liaising with the Stores and Warranties coordinator;
- Monitoring mechanics performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily basis at all times;
- Liaising with stores regarding supplies and guiding the Stores department regarding what parts are required to be purchased to tackle VOR;
- Supervising, scheduling, assigning and evaluating work of mechanics.
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of working experience in the maintenance and repair of both buses and trucks (Euro 6 Engines);
- Intermediate level of English.
