Job Description
As a business / private aviation maintenance facility, we work on aircraft with high-end interiors consisting of first-class type leather seats and cabins outfitted with premium materials.
Experience in aviation is essential, as the Aircraft Interior Specialist will need to be proficient in working with leather products, maintaining veneer surfaces, and handling similar carpet materials. This position will allow recruiting an ambitious, determined, and highly motivated individual willing to embark on an aviation career.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining of upholstery, furnishings and veneers;
- Leather / fabrics touch-ups or repairs;
- General upkeep / cleaning of cabins, carpets and seats;
- Cockpit detailing;
- Leather and panelling polishing;
- Maintaining all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition;
- Assistance to technical certifying staff.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in aviation is required;
- A meticulous person;
- Basic knowledge of carpentry;
- Flexible approach to working hours – comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and weekends / public holidays;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- A conversational level of spoken English to communicate with colleagues and customers;
- Physical ability to withstand long periods on own feet;
- Familiarity and skill with essential tools.
