We’re looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Client Relations Officer. The officer will play a key role in maintaining a strong relationship with clients within the Corporate Relations department of the Bank. This role aims to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between the Bank and its clients.

‍Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, with positive and long-term relationships through regular communication.
  • To provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Address client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to your superiors for reporting purposes to ultimately minimize any negative effects on business relationships.
  • To identify possible clients’ needs and opportunities for additional banking services while collaborating with internal teams to provide a possible tailored solution.
  • Keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and gathering feedback from clients to continuously improve products, services or processes.
  • Handling any crises or emergencies that may arise with customers swiftly and efficiently to minimize the impact on the relationship.

‍Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant similar qualification.
  • Experience in a customer-faced role within a bank, financial institution or CSP will be considered an asset.
