We are currently looking for a Sales and Bookings Coordinator to join our team. The Sales and Bookings Coordinator will primarily support the Sales department by following up on bookings received from our customers and liaising with our extensive network of partners and agents ensuring smooth and efficient processes for the arrival of our clients’ shipments and consignments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales department.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, partners and agents.
- Manage consignments from shippers to receivers.
- Updating internal CRM applications.
Requirements:
- Secondary level of education.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
