We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will primarily support the Operations department’s back-office functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for vessel calls. This is an administrative role focused on handling essential operational tasks related to crew changes, visa requirements, vessel cost reporting, terminal departure reports, and other related duties during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations department.
  • Coordinate and liaise with port terminals, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage crew changes, including visa requirements and medical documentation.
  • Assist with vessel cost control, reporting, and documentation.
  • Prepare and process terminal departure reports and related operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Secondary level of education.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical approach to all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
